TECHNOCount Support is a nationwide operation with over 20 people in 4 support centers located around the country. We provide our customers the best possible technical and application support available today through personnel who are experts in our applications, technology, and industry; utilizing advanced support tools and technology.

TECHNOCount customers also have access to our online customer support center, 24x7 access to information, resources and services including customer account information. our online Knowledge Base, product documentation and downloads, online forum's and communities, and other helpful information.

For your convenience we provide three options of support to choose from.

Self Help

We provide highly interactive and engaging training workshops to help organizations tap into the power of peer support. Whether you’re a corporation you answered the confusion raised. Its all about from our info icon, FAQ or other tools in the software.

Online Support

Online support would be provided by way of Telephone, E-mail, Chat, or any other means of communications at the recorded & registered site(s) of the End User under all human conditions.

Onsite Support

Onsite support will normally be resorted to when all other means of correction and/or solution do not work. The End User shall at all times extend total co-operation in such activities. The support will be provided between 10:00 hours to 18:00 hours on working days.
